the heart of reformed pilates

Our instructors guide clients through every class and help them build strength and confidence over time.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous teaching experience may be helpful, but it is not required. We train for excellence, and we train to hire.

set up for success

Through a combination of education, hands-on practice, coaching, and assessment, participants learn how to lead with clarity, consistency, and care.

Scholarships may be available based on previous teaching experience, audition performance, and teaching availability.

Completion of PTT does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions are based on business needs, availability, successful completion of training, and final test-out performance.

Asked
Questions

Do I need previous Pilates or teaching experience?

Previous fitness instruction is preferred for some roles, but it is not always required. Every Reformed instructor completes our in-house PTT program before teaching classes.

How do I apply for an upcoming PTT?

Applications typically open several weeks before each training session. After applying, qualified candidates may be invited to an initial conversation, a second interview with a Lead Trainer, and an in-person audition before being selected for Level 1 PTT.

What teaching availability is required?

Part-time instructors must generally be available to teach at least eight hours per week on a consistent schedule. Classes are often scheduled in blocks of three to four consecutive sessions to create consistency for both clients and instructors.

Does completing PTT guarantee employment?

While we do not guarantee employment with Reformed Pilates or any other studio, we train to hire. Employment with Reformed Pilates post-PTT is based on overall availability, completion of PTT, and Test Out scores.

Are there full-time positions available?

Yes. Reformed offers full-time opportunities across studio leadership, training, and business support. Open roles and full job descriptions can be found on the Careers portal.
